Quality and traceability
100% inspection and a unique code on every Big Bag
At NEGASAC every Big Bag is inspected, and each one carries a unique code that records its manufacture from start to finish.

A Big Bag’s journey through our plant
- 1Receiving and checking materials

- 2Cutting
Panels cut to the dimensions defined for your product.
- 3Sewing

What the code records
The code links each Big Bag to its manufacturing history. If a customer reports a failure, the record lets us identify within minutes when and how that unit was made, correct the cause, and answer the customer’s quality audit with data, not assumptions.
- Date and manufacturing data
- Fabric and materials batch
- Inspection result
- Order and destination customer

Materials and design
We manufacture with virgin polypropylene with UV additive, which protects the fabric from sun degradation during storage and transport. Each model is designed with a 5:1 safety factor for single use or 6:1 for reuse under controlled conditions.
For dangerous goods we manufacture UN-certified Big Bags and manage, with DICAPI (Peru’s maritime authority), the packaging certification for each customer’s product, including the quality tests required by the IMDG Code for sea transport.
