1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

When you complete the quote form or contact us by WhatsApp or email, we collect: name, company, tax ID, email, phone, delivery city and the technical information of your request. We do not request sensitive data.

3. Purpose

We use your data to handle your request and send you a quote; to follow up commercially on that request; to manage orders, shipments and invoicing if you become a customer; and to meet legal and tax obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form or contact us, and on performing the business relationship you request, under Peruvian Law No. 29733 and its regulations.

5. Recipients

Your data may be processed by providers that supply technology services to us under contract and confidentiality obligations: web hosting, email, messaging and customer management. Some may store data outside Peru, with adequate safeguards. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties.

6. Retention

We keep data for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and accounting rules. If your request does not become an order, we delete your data two years after the last contact.

7. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection by writing to ventas@negasac.com with a copy of your ID. If you believe your request was not addressed, you may contact Peru’s National Data Protection Authority (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorized access or alteration.

9. Cookies

The site uses technical cookies needed for it to work and analytics cookies to understand how it is used.
