We manufacture Big Bags for loads of up to 2,000 kg. The capacity of each model is set according to the product you will pack, its dimensions and the required safety factor. Our technical team calculates it with you when quoting.

The safety factor shows how many times its rated load a Big Bag withstands in a break test. A 5:1 Big Bag is designed for single use; a 6:1 is intended for reuse under controlled conditions, with inspection before each use.

We make every type: duffle top, open top or filling spout, with flat bottom or discharge spout; 4-loop, single-loop or two-loop; with liner, food grade or Type B antistatic; and U-panel, tubular fabric and baffle (Q-bag) constructions.

Yes. We define the dimensions, filling and discharge type, liner and loops according to the product, the weight per Big Bag and your plant’s filling equipment.

Only models designed with a 6:1 factor, as long as they are inspected before each use and show no damage to the fabric, loops or seams. A 5:1 Big Bag must not be reused.

Yes. We print the Big Bag with the brand and information your company needs. Send us the design when you request a quote and we will confirm the printing options.

There is no minimum order. We handle everything from small orders to large volumes, with the same inspection on every unit.

Lead time depends on the quantity, model and specifications of your Big Bag. We agree it with you when quoting and confirm a delivery date.

We ship throughout Peru and export. Shipping terms outside Lima, and for export, are agreed according to destination and volume.
